Chemical Characteristics

Nandrolone phenylpropionate is a modified version of the masculine hormone nandrolone. It is an ester of phenylpropionic acid bonded to the 17-beta hydroxy group. This modified form of nandrolone is not as polarized which generates a slow absorption into the bloodstream.

Once in the bloodstream the phenylpropionate ester is separated from the nandrolone making it free and active. This type of esterified steroid is designed to prolong the effect of the hormone in the body, requiring less injections compared to other steroids that are not esterified. Side Effects
